Residence Bel-Air
2,789 sq.ft
The unit boasts a beautiful sea view and has a high ceiling, providing an ample sense of space. The overall design incorporates a minimalist European style with a hotel-like aesthetic. Materials used include Snow White, Jazz White, and Emerald Green marble, paired with herringbone-patterned flooring. Dark and light wood materials are further complemented by khaki and gold elements, creating a bright, comfortable, luxurious, and natural atmosphere. The master bedroom and bathroom are designed with a hotel-style concept to satisfy the different needs of the family. Both the daughter and son have their own personal spaces for activities. Given the ample space in the entire house, to provide a sufficient play area for the children, we planned to combine two rooms to create a split-level design. The upper level is the sleeping area, while the lower level includes a study desk and wardrobe space. We utilized the windowsill area to create a reading nook, with the remaining space available for activities and games. The overall design uses blue and white as the primary colors, reflecting the boy's cheerful, lively, and energetic side.
